Another
30 yards downstream from Baby Bear Rock, we come
to one of the favorite spots of many of the
fishermen of the Dirt Road section of Dunbar
Creek. Papa Bear / Bryner's / Slant, Rock. There
are always fish here and you can almost always
see them looking at you. Its an easy hole to
fish, wet, dry or nymph. Just be careful not to
spook them as you approach, as they often lie in
the shallows and tail of the pool as well as the
deep water. This hole is a lot of fun. There are
so many good lies, you could spend all day here. |
